Paralakhemundi-At Rayagada block office  during flag hosting by chief guest the flag fallen down. Now question arises even observed of 77th Independence Day lack of knowledge on flag installation marked. That tarnished honor. Moreover for those freedom fighters too a dishonor. For observation sake wearing white dresses not marked our civilian principles rather eclipsed our self identity. For this issues no comments from BDO received. Only eyewash of governance said public.
