MUMBAI POLICE TAKE THREE ACCUSED PERSONS ARRESTED BY EOW, ODISHA ON REMAND IN ILLEGAL LOAN APP CASE.

Bhubaneswar:Mumbai Police took accused Nitin Malllik who was arrested in EOW, Odisha PS Case No.13 dt.02.07.2022 U/s 294/384/420/467/468/471/120-B IPC R/w Sec. 66 D of IT Act, 2000 and forwarded to the Hon’ble Court of SDJM, Bhubaneswar, for his remand in VP Road, Mumbai, PS CR No.230/2022 U/s 354D/509 IPC/67 IT Act on the strength of the production warrant issued by Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 4TH Court, Girgaon, Mumbai, on 02.08.2022, in connection with the investigation of illegal digital lending loan app case.
Similarly, accused Sushant and Rakhit, both Directors of Mudmate Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Yellow Tune Technologies Pvt. Ltd., who were arrested on Dt.10.06.2022 by EOW, Odisha and forwarded to the Hon’ble Court of SDJM, Bhubaneswar were taken by West Region Cyber Police Station, BKC Bandra, Mumbai for their remand in FIR No.20 dt.20.05.2022 U/s 419/420/467/384/120-B/209/509/506/500/34 IPC R/w Sec. 67/67(A)/66(C)/66(D) IT Act. by the order of Hon’ble SDJM Bhubaneswar dt.06.08.2022, in connection with the investigation of illegal digital lending loan app case.
The above noted accused persons being involved in illegal digital lending loan app cases are wanted by the different investigating agencies across the nation. Earlier Press Notes were issued relating to the arrest of above noted accused persons by EOW, Odisha on 15.07.2022 and 11.06.2022 respectively along with the Advisory.
