Mrs.SABITRI RATHO ADMINISTERED OATH AS JUDGE IN ODISHA HIGH COURT

CUTTACK:nior lawyer Sabitri Ratho was on Thursday administered oath as the judge of Orissa High Court by Chief Justice Mohammad Rafiq.
The oath-taking ceremony was held at the conference hall of the High Court. With this, the current number of judges, including the Chief Justice, of the Orissa High Court increase to 16 position.
The Supreme Court Collegium had in January recommended elevation of Ratho as Judge of the Orissa High Court.
She is the third woman to become a judge of the Orissa HC after Justice Amiya Kumari Padhi and Justice Sanju Panda.
