Berhampur-(4th April,2023:Three miscreants threaten using sword with an intension to kill .
As per police on 27.03.2023 on the report of P. Indira Rao (47) of Panchudeula Sahi, Bada Bazar the above case was registered, on 27.03.2023 around 7.30 PM, accused Aju Nayak of Sukunda along with his associates hatched a conspiracy in an attempt to kill P.Rajesh Rao (27) S/o P.Indira Rao. they assaulted him on the main road of Sri Khetra Vihar using sword with an intension to kill him. Injured Rajesh Rao is undergoing treatment at private hospital Srikakulam (AP). The motive behind the crime is pervious rivalry and enmity between Rajesh Rao and Aju Nayak & Pinky Patra. Pinky Patra was previously in relationship with the injured Rajesh Rao. But when Rajesh Rao misbehaved with Pinky, she instigated and master minded the attack along with Aju Nayak and Biren Bisoi. Previously accused Aju Nayak was involved in three criminal cases like rape, criminal assault and smuggling of illicit liquor.
The accused persons are;1. Ajit Kumar Nayak @Aju Nayak (28) S/o Simadri Nayak of Rangunibandha Details of Sahi P.S-Badabazar, A/p- Masani Pada 3rd Line, P.S- Berhampur Sadar, 2. Biren Bisoi (27) S/o-Late Ranjit Bisoi of Pandab Nagar 1st Line, Old Berhampur P.S- Badabazar,and Pinky Patra (30) D/o- Late Anadi Patra of China Bazar, Sankhari Sahi, Old Berhampur, P.S-Badabazar, Berhampur, Dist- Ganjam.
In connection Berhampur Bada Bazar police registered a. Case U/s 341/326/307/506/ 34 IPC R/w Sec 27 of Arms Act. The accused persons have been arrested today and being forwarded to Court. Investigation of the case is in progress.
