MINOR GIRL ABDUCTED & GANG RAPED BY MAN CALLED ANIMAL IN BERHAMPUR

Berhampur: A 14 yrs minor girl was abducted on 10th Jan at 11AM who had been to take her bath in the river Bahuda but didn’t return home.
Today Mr Pinak Mishra, SP Berhampur told to scribes that, on 11/01/20 at 06:00 PM the Victim Minor Girl while she regains the sense she returned to her home and describe to the family members,” While she was going to take her bath to Bahuda river one Janardana Behera out raged her modesty even she protested Janardana along with two other youths”.
The statement u/s. 164 of the victim has been recorded where she stated that on 10/01/19 at 10 AM while she had been to attend the call of nature accused Janardana Behera and Mithun Das abducted her to the bush and tied her hand and face by means of her Chuni.They gave some drink and she got unconscious. After recovery of her sense she found herself near the bridge of her village, She alleged pain on her chest and private parts. The accused persons belong of village Aruna Sonapur under marine PS limit.
The matter came to fore after the family members lodged a complaint with the Golantara police on Sunday. Based on the complaint, police launched a manhunt and arrested two accused in connection with the incident. Mishra said.
Further Mishra,SP told now the case is under introductory stage and officers are engaged to go in to depth of the case and instructed to inquire in 360 extent. In receipt of the FIR by her family we have admitted her into Hospital after observing the stable condition she has been shifted to her village but we have arranged adequate security to her family. Many secrets can’t be disclosed as because the case is under initial stage also waiting for Medical report. We are ensuring the victim will get her natural justice.Both forwarded to court on Wednesday basing on her statement.
The victim girl elaborately stated before police that, the miscreants took her to a nearby dilapidated house by press her mouth by means of her Chuni.There the accused persons sexually assaulted her and gave some intoxicated dose forcefully than she got unconscious. She appeal to SP, Berhampur and demands for the arrest of the man called animals Janardana and Mithun.
