Minor Boy Died at Andhra Pradesh

Paralakhemundi: One minor boy a migrant labourer, expired at Bhotimetta of Kadappa district of Andhra Pradesh,whose last rites done then & there on Sunday.

Belongs to Tamtara village of Gandahati panchayat of Rayagada block, along with him 14 minor boys picked up by one Srinu of Paralakhemundi 3 months back. Srinu lured them with all hope & returned with a purse of Rs. 40,000 from the firm owner where those boys involved on work. They were engaged on a prawn farm & physically assaulted,even hardly they were given food. Among those boys of Tamtara Rupan Bhuyan(deceased boy-14), Duryodhan Dhangdabhuyan, Suku Bhuyan, Santosh Bhuyan, Bhima Nayak,Nabin Mandal and others were accompanied by that tout of Paralakhemundi.

All were triggered with hard work & even hardly taken care by firm owner. Meanwhile 11 boys escaped from such dangerous den & returned home, but Rupan, Suku & Daya stranded.

On Saturday Rupan suffered severely ill & died on Sunday. This reported by Suku to deceased’s family members. Parents of Rupan demanded legitimate enquiry & BJD Leader T.Biswanath too affirmed attention of district administration to take action against that tout Srinu & stand behind those innocent boys & also appealed to bring them those stranded minor labourers under the clutch of that firm owner.
