ROAD TO DESPAIR(!)SAN MIGRANTS COVID-19 DEPRIVED RACE OF LIVELIHOODS OF RETURN TRAVELS (!)
It is said Heart represents a person’s goodwill helping nature towards helpless & needy where as Soul represents from physical sufferings.One can take only one’s Soul of others.
Recent Corona & lock down since 24th March amidst all lacunae to overtake all sufferings. Where nearly 200 millions laboureres hardly beacons revival of livelihoods once they left their dens where they ensured better livelihoods to survive with families & never dreamed of any horror like Corona devil.But that shattered on long run where to search solutions to aspair again return to own work at bay.
Among them mild literates,who well furnished their hard toil with available resources on private firms those pulled not only economy but also streamed profit venture.Sorrow & disdain like drought or such natural calamities where those sufferers searched for cup of meals not for own but for survivors like their women and children even maternity cares who must have a big dream for coming boon.
On Odisha context 7 lakhs & 3 lakhs such from Ganjam who started their dare devil travel without any hope for survival to see motherland,by walk long miles,by cycles without food,by buses or goods/trains deprived of glasses of water to quench thrists.All became evil’s prey but wholeheartedly compelled to return once machines stopped talking.Then who is who counted between bosses & labourers except evaded them to leave their survival elsewhere.
But thunderous of thousands questions are in mind vibrating with 5-W (WHEN,WHERE,WHY,WHAT,WHOM & HOW) bubbling to see only horizon to search on sky & sea kiss.On the long run like Napoleon Bonapat’s last search at Waterloo,while walking on starvations many uncounted deaths or tragic incidents like maternity care’s deliveries amidst journey whether smile or shock.
India has a remarkable memory from bleedings to non-violence.But where Challenging tasks mounted but better off of Beurocrats and Law Makers sorrounding 4 walls by declaring high budget.
Perhaps those returnees fetching dream of any new resource buildings to count for.But lack of Blue Print at their pavillions rather staking Democlasy’s sword over head.Why they came then die there a grotesque question!Can they go again!If yes how!Our standard of livings know better compared to other states.
Political system swindling among parties because they have pretty funds & use once Election declared.Those Ambanis & Adanis are their best friends & part & partial to bulk their funds too.
Recent declaration on “Atmanirvar Bharat”a guessing point how far that reach 200 millions quandries(!)Challenging tasks to chaotic on coal,steel,energy,defence,aviations & not the least MSME(micro,small,medium enterprises)the core issues.
Some burning issues deepened questions like inefficient transmissions on monetary policies,lack of demand where investments is a question,lack of forward & backward linkages & not only the least dificulties on mobiizing financial indicators like liberalization,privatization & globalization.Coming to dream of 10% GDP now yet to be promised (!).
Recent declaration of Skilled Labourers to ensure support by Odisha Government who can be enrolled on large scale hub inside Odisha.They can extract their skilled experiences once declaration of packages & installation of such opportunities galvanized.But time to wait & scream how far such projects actified and could squeeze woes & weals of those migrant labourers returned apathy.Secondly for this proposed hubs resource mobilization still a question.We are not under such bigger industrial states on record.Still time to wait on assurance & fulfillment.
