MEGA BLOOD DONATION CAMP ORGANISED by KALAHANDI POLICE

KALAHANDI:A mega blood donation camp is organized at the Kalahandi Police district head quarter at Bhawanipatna and 124 unit blood collected.
Kalahandi S.P Batula Gangadhar inaugurated the blood donation Camp in presence of Addl SP Manoj Kumar Mohanta, Addl CDMO Dr. Jagulal Agrawal, Dist. Red cross Secretary Pallisri Pattnaik and other dignitaries.
In the dist head quarter Hospital 30 units of blood needed but only 10 units are collected through blood donation camp and it is learnt that the patients are facing much more trouble for the blood in Mo Sarkar Yojana, said by SP Gangadhar.
In this context awareness programmes will be carried out throughout the district for blood donation. In the mega blood donation camp 124 units of blood collected from the donor. Including police personnel the 64 battalion of CRPF and other social activists were present on the occasion.
