BERHAMPUR:Frontline personnel engaged in fighting COVID-19 during the lockdown including those in Berhampur  in Odisha, have got a morale boost with the personal testimony of a recovered patient in Berhampur who is none other than a senior Journalist Mr.Shaktidhar Rajguru.

A 59-second video  of Rajguru after returning home after his discharge and his emotional message as to how healthcare workers cured his ailment at a great personal sacrifice.

Conveying his painful version through a Video the discharged patient’s said, “Just reproducing the experience of a cured COVID19 patient  the firsthand account about the care of Seven family members(Excluding Minor three members) he complimented  the  officers, doctors, nurses and paramedics have given and  bring back them  out of it.

He appeals COVID-19 Suspects To Overcome Fear, Not Go Into Hiding and especially the high risk patients not to hide the covid19 symptoms .

If you consider yourself to be a corona virus (COVID-19) suspect do not fear or panic, be bold, do not hide it from your family or neighbours.

 Rather,” Tell your family and neighbours that you feel you have corona virus symptoms, do not hide it. Come out bold, your candidness will save you; your family, the society, the race will remain ever grateful to you.

While saying that fear is something very natural in such circumstances, he stated, but then God has given humans the capacity to overcome this fear and added that the more afraid we are,the more frightened we will be.

Please “DONATEPPLASMA”;Rajguru his wife daughter had tested Corona positive, 84 yrs old father, 74 yrs Mother younger brother Chiranjeet Rajguru and his wife were tested positive but by the grace of God all have treated well and recovered.

Before being discharged from the hospital, Rajguru said, “I learned from the staff members of the hospital that I can donate plasma, which I think is very helpful, So I have shown my interest and willing to become a donor. “We were helped by others and we want to help other patients as well.”

He urged to all through ODISHABARTA “the donation willingness as a way to pay back to the society after he and his family received timely and effective treatment.

At last he thanks his friends, family members and to  all Media persons for their sympathetic moral support during the treatment.
