MASK DURING LOCKDOWN IS MANDATORY FROM 9TH APRIL, GOVT.’S ADVISORY

Rourkela: Odisha Govt. in an advisory stated that Mask is compulsory while you are going out of your home for getting essential items or jobs one is entitles to perform. This advisory has come from the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Odisha to contain the spread of Covid-19.  One can use a mask or can rap a cloth of two layers, handkerchiefs, gamuchha, dupatta etc., at least to protect nose and mouth. One must wear mask or other substitutes discussed already when you have symptoms of fever, cough breathing difficulty. It is a welcome decision and people across the lives are welcoming this move because everybody now-a-days is aware of corona and its prevention.

During in contact with other persons outside, simple coughing and sneezing may cause infections which is very dangerous and can spread more patients in the state as well as in the country. Being the abide citizen of this country we have many responsibilities to perform among all, social distancing at this juncture when we are fighting against the most pandemic disease Corona is the requirement. Local administration in Rourkela is also very active in following instructions given by the State Govt. For last few days police has been very strict on violators of lockdown, this advisory, which is merely essential will be followed strictly said one of the govt. servants. Crime and other small disputes have come down drastically after this call of lockdown, which is continuing and will remain active till 14th April.

After reviewing the situation, Govt. may decide to extend or to withdraw lockdown. People stays in the Sub-urbs are following lockdown with all sincerity and with a great sense of social distancing.
