Madhubani Painting Workshop at NRHQ

Lucknow : An 8-day Madhubani Painting Workshop was organized by the Utara Ladies Club at NTPC NRHQ, Lucknow, with active participation from lady employees, club members, and children. The initiative aimed to promote traditional Indian art and encourage creativity.
Led by Smt. Vijaya Rao, President of Utara Club, and guided by artist Smt. Veena Devi from Madhubani, Bihar, the workshop offered hands-on learning in this vibrant art form.
The concluding day featured an exhibition of participants’ artwork and was graced by Shri N. S. Rao, RED (North), and Shri Samiran Sinha Ray, Head of HR, NR. On the occasion ,Shri Rao appreciated the participants’ creativity and effort.
Senior club members including Smt. Neelkamal and Smt. Sangita Singha Ray also attended the event.
