Lucid celebration of Teachers’ day in Ramakrishna Mission School with a value-basedmessage

Badal Tah,OdishabartaRayagada, September 7: The Teachers’ Day was celebrated in the Vivekananda Hall of Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Hatamuniguda. The programme started with offering of flowers to Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan and lighting of the ceremonial lamp amidst vedic chanting. Some students and teachers spoke on the occasion. All the teachers were felicitated by the students with sandal paste and bouquet and were presented with gifts. The programme ended with a drama, enacted by the teachers, based on Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay’s short story
