LOOK OUT CIRCULAR AGAINST DEEPAK KINDO, MD OF SAMBANDH FINSERVE PVT. LTD.

Bhubaneswar:On the request of Economic Offences Wing, Bhubaneswar, Bureau of Immigration (BOI)has issued Look out Circular againstaccused Deepak Kindo, MD of Sambandh Finserve Pvt. Ltd.in EOW PS Case No. 17 dated 31.12.2021 u/s 406/420/ 467/468/471/120 B IPC.
The above referred case has been registered on the allegation of fraudulent availing of loan to the tune of Rs. 5 crores on the basis of forged documents,by Sambandh Finserve Pvt. Ltd. from Annapurna Finance Pvt. Ltd. and misappropriation of the same.
Investigation of the case revealed that during the period from 2015-2020, the accused company i.e. Sambandh Finserve Pvt. Ltd. represented though its MD Deepak Kindo, on the basis of forged documents had fraudulently raised funds of more than Rs. 100 crores from different investors/ lenders including Annapurna Finance Pvt. Ltd. (the complainant company), DCB Bank, SIDBI (Small Industries Development Bank of India), BOPA PTE Ltd. (a Singapore based Company) and DIA Vikash Capital Pvt. Ltd. etc. for the purpose of carrying on financial activities effectively by giving loans to different SHG and Joint Liability Groups. However, after availing the loan/ finance, the accused company violated the terms and condition of finance and misappropriated the amount without making repayment. The loan amounts were diverted to different sister concerns of Sambandh Finserve Pvt. Ltd. including Diya Dairy Agro Processor Pvt. Ltd., the Director of which is Smt. Amrita Kindo, wife of Dipak Kindo.
Look Out circular is generally issued to alert immigration check posts at airports/seaports etc. to prevent the absconding accused person leaving the country and alerting law enforcement agency/ police.
In the above case, earlier another accused Amrita Kindo was arrested. Accused Deepak Kindo is absconding, evading police arrest.
