LOCHAPADA CO-OP SOCIETY SECY WAS MURDERED, OR ELECTRIC SHORT CIRCUIT’ (?)

APPREHENSION CAN’T BE RULED OUT (!).

Berhampur: One man found dead at village Lochapada the suburban area of Berhampur on Thursday in Cooperative Society Branch at deposit counter due to electric short circuit.

Same  day the team of Sadar PS  recovered the half-burnt body of D Jagannath Patro, Secretary of Cooperative Society was sent to MKCG FMT department  for Post Mortem.

Secretary of Cooperative Society in Lochapada under Sadar Police limits in Berhampur, from inside the office; his wife lodged a complaint alleging that it was not an accident rather a pre-planned murder.

While initial reports suggested that the victim died due to electrocution, Sadar Police has now registered a case  vide the case no 17/20 under IPC Section 302 and initiated a serious investigation into the incident based on the complaint lodged by Patro’s wife Ms Karishma Patro.

If no office files were gutted in the mishap, how is it possible that a man was charred to death (?). Alleged by Ms.Karishma Patro.

“Jagannath’s body was completely charred. The intensity of electric shock inside an office is never so much. We think he has been murdered,” said the brother in law of deceased Abhisek.

On the other hand, Berhampur JE South Co of the locality said, while we inspected the bank premises we found the earthling line of 3-phase and , MCB (Panel Board) was proper.So this mishap may  not be due to Short Circuit (?).

Similarly the Fire Officer,Mr Mohaptra told, after getting the call our fire team rush into the spot in time but by that time there was no fire other than smoke.

 ASP Prabhat Routray said, “We haven’t received the post mortem reports yet. Prima facie investigation suggests that Patro died due to electric short circuit. But the exact cause of death can only be ascertained after all the reports are out. “and we are investigating in 360 degree point of view.

Once the case is established proper no one can’t be excused at any cost, said by Routray, ASP.

From a reliable source it came to notice that, the Sarapncha of Jagadalpur said, the mishap might  be a cause of death of D Jagannath Patro regarding  disbursement of  Kalia Schemes and allocation of  “Dhanna Mandi “. (?).

One point cannot be ruled out why the FMT report getting delayed (?) and people are eager to know the exact meaning of 5T (?).
