LIMITED AREA FREE FROM CONTAINMENT ZONE IN ROURKELA

ROURKELA: As per the new order passed on 24-7-2020 from Dibyajyoti Parida, Commissioner of Rourkela Municipal Corporation(RMC) and the empowered officer for Covid management, from immediate effect the containment zone of Sector-16, Barac-4(Golghar) and Sector-16 has been withdrawn looking at the positive result as no coviid-19 patient is detected in between. Hence, these areas will act it was before the order was passed on 2-7-2020, order no-7471, 7-7-2020, order no-7649 and 12-7-2020 vide order no-7965 respectively. In today’s case there are 56 positive cases but of which 46 reports have been sent for reconfirmation. Between these lines there is positive news as Plasma therapy which started in Delhi got positive response and now it is tested in Odisha which came successful too. Now the CM, Naveen Patnaik has announced for plasma therapy centers in different location of Odisha and Ispat General Hospital (IGH) is chosen as one of those centers. For this decision, people of Rourkela are very happy and wishing many more patients will be getting benefits out of it.
