LaQshya an innovation to empower maternity care through up-gradation of labour room and operation theatre at district head quarter hospital (DHH).Recognition to DHH, Gajapati a befitting accolade for deemed contributions of during 2019-20,with all stress & strain for one & half year as a team work.
Among those major contributors CDMO Dr.Pradip Kumar Patra,ADMO(Medical),Dr,Srikant Sahu O&G,Specialist,Dr PK.Panda of UNFPA,RBSK.Manager,District Coordinator of BSKY,DPM Soumyarani Gauda & not the least previous CDMO Dr. Gunurani Patnaik.
Their hard toil galvanized to nurture on 4 phases like maternity care room and operation theatre phase (2 months), monitoring & evaluation phase (2 months), upgraded phase (12 months), National level squad monitoring on 1 & 2 March 2020.
As Akankhya district Gajapati, through Niti Ayog scoring on maternity labour room (92%) & operation theatre (93%) for Gajapati district.
Top to bottom from CDMO to scavengers intercepted their major contributions to make full pledged infrastructure to access for maternity care.
