Paralakhemundi-At the outskirts of Paralakhemundi at Damodar Vihar contained with new houses. But whenever severe or normal rain occurred locals unable to move. On muddy road they have to cross & not to tell of 2-wheelers mostly besieged with muddy soil unable to move too.Even more than knee flash flood occurs. Water unable to discharge,too,even storage of garbage,too, making poignant. Those who picking up their children to school & return too face more difficulties.Due to lack of seriousness neither by district or block administration(as under Kerandi panchayat) locals suffering like anything.By panchayat just rough work like metals poured which,too, more danger as work not completed of road. That invites muddy soil & more danger for regular communication. Some tycoons have rapport building with those land owners even Sarpanch of Kerandi, too,evasive on such issue. So based on locals grievances how far administration takes up all measures just to watch by local inhabitants.
