Lack of Drainage System by Parala Municipality

Paralakhemundi:For beautification of Parala urban crores of rupees pumped for development. No doubt scenario changed in tinsel town, but other side of coin drainage systems yet to be developed. Almost century old Parala Municipality had its name & fame. Old drainage system with master class from all streets were done by Late Maharaja KCGajapati.But now situation turned as taciturn where never seen flood became regular on small & heavy rain.
Just at the side of Municipality office drain almost covered for which artificial flood thrilled on last heavy rain turned into water logged juncture.That too on main road from market to new busstand.Regular communication halted by water logging & even down areas like Nadiatota street same water logging turned vindictive on communication. Though on expansion of road lots of fund utilized but in critical drainage system Parala Municipality administration yet to take any blue print plan and streamline proper passages of drain water eclipse on water logging. Before monsoon season at least administration may take steps to check such water logging disadvantages rampaging regular communications.
