Labourers Stringent on Deprived Wages-Locked Constn. Building (!)

Paralakhemundi-At Gumma ITI construction works for staff quarters building started since 2018.That work completed on 2020.An estimated cost of Rs. 46 lakhs sanctioned for construction, accordingly those labourers too had their tiresome contributions since last 2 years.Though building construction work completed but those labourers yet to get their legitimate wages. Meanwhile the contractor who was managing construction work absconded from site without notice.

Among those labourers Kalia Nayak, Jayaprakash Nayak, Laban Nayak, Among Mandal felt their sufferings, as they are yet to get around Rs.43 thousand of their labour wages.Further those construction materials like sand, bricks, cement, iron rods etc,those suppliers too deprived to get their required amount of Rs. 4 lakhs.

So with all anger those labourers steadfast to lock the newly constructed building till their genuine wages not paid.
