Kerosene Oil for PDS was Found & Seized by Vigilance

Sambalpur: Basing on a source information regarding storage of large quantity of PDS Kerosene oil in the illegal Kerosene Godown at Garlic Godown premises, Baraipali, P.S.- Ainthapali, Dist- Sambalpur of Sri Dipak Goel, Khetrajpur, Dist- Sambalpur, a joint surprise check was conducted by the Vigilance Team with the help of Civil Supply Officials on 03.08.2021. On physical verification of the spots, total 6917 Liters (33 barrels) worth Rs.2,98,348/- of Kerosene oil meant for PDS was found available and seized. In this connection one criminal case has been registered vide SBP Vig. P.S. Case No. 17 Dt. 04.08.2021 u/s 7 E.C Act, 1955 against Sri Dipak Goel, S/o- Lt. Raj Kumar Goel, At- Talbhattapara, P.O./ P.S.- Khetrajpur, Dist- Sambalpur Godawn In- Change.
