KALAHANDI POLICE KICK OFF A NOBLE CHARITY BY ORGANIZING BLOOD DONATION CAMP

BHAWANIPATNA: Kalahandi police started organization of blood donation camps within the district though the entire world is fighting with COVID-19 during this crucial period. It is the thoughts of the Kalahandi police that there should not be no scarcity of blood in the district to the needy people.
At Bhawanipatna blood donation camp organized and32 units of blood on dtd.27.03.20, 49 units on 29.03.20 and 54 units on 02.04.20 collected.
Similarly at Karlamunda 23 units of blood collected on 29.03.20, Narla 55 units of blood collected on 29.03.20, Jamnagar 34 units of blood collected on 29.03.20, Dharamgarh 08 units on 31.03.20 & 45 units of blood collected on on 01.04.20 , M.Rampur 65 units of blood collected on 01.04.20, Koksara 82 units of blood collected on 03.04.20, Kalampur 63 units of blood collected on 08.04.20, Th.Rampur 37 units of blood collected on 08.04.20.
In all the blood donation camps the local police officials, public representatives, volunteers, SHG and other dignitaries with medical staff were participated to grand success the camps.
The blood donation camps were organized under the direct supervision of Kalahandi SP Batula Gangadhar IPS and Addl SP Manij Kumar Mahanta has monitored all these camps with SDPO Dharamgarh Laxmi Narayan Panda, SDPO Sadar & Kesinga and all officials of the respective police stations cooperated the camps.
