Chatrapur-Life shattered, when one became a convict & society hardly recognized him or her. May be on pressure or bygone misdeeds trapped that person to go on rampage on all illicit or criminal attitude. Those who realize after conviction they change their lives.
Such a spectacular creamy layer discovered at Chatrapur Sub-jail of Ganjam district. His name is R.Chittaranjan. He trapped on a molestation case & since last 3 years he is under bar. But his panaecea brinks his hobby as an artist. That could be located by Superintendent of the Chatrapur Sub-jail Subhasmita Biswal. While intervening she found artistic skill of Chittaranjan. Being a reformer,she could enhance to build that inmate passionate on art skill. Automatically he had been advised to paint on jail boundary walls of his skilled picture filled with all sensitization. Superintendent provided him painting materials too on behalf of jail. Gradually that inmate could inspire more his innovative skills & showed his class paints in the walls of jail on various idols & others.
His deemed feat too brought accolades by Collector of Ganjam who visited jail. Further PD DRDA, Ganjam Sindhe Dattatreya Bhausaheb; instructed ORMAS to supply those clay pots use for jaggery for Ganjam housewives group members. Accordingly he was supplied 800 such pots which he designed through his skilled art in outside of pot looked colorful.Each pot sold @Rs.7,so far he earned for 800 pots for painting.Still he goes on his skill which too have impact to other inmates in jail to change from their dark mind towards mainstream vision.
