Huge Qty.Ganja Seized in Saree Bundle by Kalahandi Cop

KALAHANDI.19.07.2021 Inter State Ganja Smuggler detained by Kesinga model Police Station in kalahandi during transportation of 166.314 kgs of Ganja while transporting towards Chhabra District of Bihar State which was kept in polythene wrapped with news paper and cello tape and concealed inside Saree. This might have make it appears to be that they are transporting saree. As per the media briefing kalahandi said that total 166.314 kg of contravband Ganja with Bolero JH 05-X- 6263 have been seized from the exclusive possession of the three accused persons.
Kesinga Police seized the Ganja and accused person Md. Tipu Sultan (22) of the resident of Saran District of Bihar, Mansoor Allam (20) of the resident of Saran District of Bihar and Anju Sony (29) resident of Balia of Uttar Pradesh along with their Aadhaar Card, ATM and PAN card, 3 mobiles, Lady Purse and other materials. Police registered Kesinga PS case no.267 dtd.17.07.2021 U/s 20(b)(ii)(c ) of NDPS Act and Further investigation is going on as said by Police.
