Huge Cash & Bike Recovered from Miscreant

Berhampur:Basis on complaint by Babu Rao Ghadei (62) S/o Late- Bhagya Ghadei of Dhanamera Sahi,P.S-Badabazar, Berhampur a case was registered on Friday at Bada Bazar Police Station regarding theft of Rs. 4 Lakhs from the Diki of the Aviator vehicle of the complainant on Friday around 12 noon near Maharaja Bar Aska Road.
According to IIC, Prashant Bhupati, following the instruction from SP an expert team started to nab the miscreant and started their investigation.
During investigation, it was ascertained that, the Babu Rao Ghadei along with his brother in-law after withdrawing cash Rs. 4 Lakhs from SBI Main branch he kept the same in the Diki of Aviator.
Babu Rao Ghadei along with his brother in-law went inside Maharaja Bar to take liquor keeping the cash inside the diki if the vehicle outside the Bar.
Speaking to Odishabarta IIC said,the accused S.Dinabandhu Rao (42) Berhampur availing the opportunity, committed theft of the cash from the Diki and fled away.
Putting the police net later the accused was identified and arrested on Sunday and the Cash of Rs. 3,70,000/-, One Hero Passion Pro motorcycle no OR-07R-8465 recover from the possession of Dinabandhu Rao used in the crime were seized.
The stolen cash is handed over to Babu Rao Ghadei the complainant by the IIC at Bada Bazar Police station in presence of SDPO,BC Pati.
The accused is being forwarded to Court today. Investigation of the case is in progress.
