House Construction to be Completed by Bribe

Paralakhemundi-A poverty stricken family sanctioned for housing.

At Jamliguda of Liligada panchayat of Mohana block,one Subas Mallick got housing order.He almost completed till roofing. Centring already completed.But he has been demanded ₹5000 bribe for final grant of instalment.Due to poverty he tried hard since last 5 years to construct his house.On two instalments he got payment but third installment is yet to be received.He has to purchase iron rods,sand, cement for final work.

But he has been bargained of ₹5000 & several times running to panchayat office for 3rd instalment.While asked to PEO of the panchayat, he replied this all bogus within 2/3 days his third installment will be paid.
