High Magnitude of Tremor at Kandhamal

Baliguda:Entire Kandhamal district destroyed by untimely heavy rain with lightning, where communication disrupted. More affected in rural areas than urbans.

Not less than 150 houses damaged at Damisahi, Telisahi, Patakhandasahi, Karnatpursahi where more than 70 asbestes sheeted roofs skied up. Subsequently at Kudupakia, Sirtiguda, Banaguda panchayats more than 90 houses flanged. That affected on a family of Dharmendra Digal’s wife and 3 children, but fortunately just saved.

Immediately KNuagaon Tehsildar Manoj Kumar Debadutta, MLA Baliguda Chakramani Kanhar, RI Subhashree Priyadarshini Sahu,Sarpanch Nilima Mallick visited those destitute & affected villages.

Damaged assets valuation will be done and immediate relief & other aides will be given assured by them. Unnoticed by untimely natural calamities those families are on open air and some restoring at their neighbourhoods homes.
