HATHRAS GANG RAPE CASE IS NOW INTENSIFYING AFTER THE ADMINISTRATIONS HIGH-HANDEDNESS

LUCKNOW:Uttar Pradesh govt. is now in back-foot in Hathras gang rape case though initial Forensic & viscera report suggests no sign f rape. Now Hathras is a national topic because once again a young girl was brutalized and murdered. As per the report, said incident occurred on September 14 wad while she was returning home, four accused had taken her to a nearest paddle field and there gang raped and then they brutalized her , and had given her cervical spine injury then fled away. Few hours later her family members traced her on the field naked and with multiple injuries. Immediately she was rushed the govt. hospital at Aligarh and then she was under treatment for more than a week time and finally shifted to Safdargunj hospital where she breathed her last on Tuesday,22nd September at 8.55am. After getting the information of her death few organizations reached the spot and had a tussle with Delhi police. After having control over the protesters then the body was taken to her village at Hathras. While her body was taken by an ambulance her relatives were not allowed to accompany her in the same vehicle rather they were taken in a separate vehicle and reached her village late evening. There the local police and the Administration took over the control and forcibly distanced all the villagers including the family members from the spot and unethically they set fire the body on a agricultural land with their people which was highly objected by her family members and other political parties.
The local administration had shown a cowardice act by doing so which had not happened earlier. The pain of the family went further when they were not been allowed to participate her last rites. Every family member had requested to allow them to go near her bodies but every effort went in vain. After this horrific act, every political party other than BJP has condemned this act. Even Rahul Gandhi and his sister Priyanka Gandhi yesterday started from Delhi to meet victim’s family but they were stopped in-between. Now the local administration has imposed section-144 in the village even media personnel are also not allowed to reach the victim’s family. Police of Hathras have already harassed media persons and two MPs from West Bengal. This shameful act is been telecasted all over the television news channel. It is difficult to understand whey local administration making them a laughing stone in front of the whole world by restricting everyone to reach the family if they feel they have no role or nothing to hide.
Now this is the high time, Yogi Adityanath Govt. should come and clean, whey they are stopping media people entering the victim’s house. Although UP Govt. had constituted one SIT and the investigation will be done in fast track court and compensation announced, still showing immaturity by keeping away media from the case. Ultimately, this reflects there weakness and non-professionalism in dealing this type of case.
