HAND MADE NEEM SOAPS BY ORPHAN GIRLS-AN INSPIRATION FROM SANTI DEVI OF SEVA SAMAJ

GUNUPUR,July,25:An extra-ordinary strength among those inmate girls of Seva Samaj of Gunupur of Rayagada district who are on limelight for their new innovations.

Due to lock down when everything paralyzed girl students still showed their strength. From neem leaves they are processing soaps both used for hand wash and bathing. When lock down curtained economy here those emerging future citizens have their challenging task to make such dare-devil efforts. Inspired by Co-Founder of Seva Samaj Santi Devi w/o Late Ratan Das great Gandhian of Gunupur,children go on their task to make such soaps.

Seva Samaj an incredible institution supported by Child Protection Committee by centre 60% & by state 30% where from own 10% fund contributions.This rather a filament for those children to feel all smiles from such extra-ordinary resource building.

After plucking neem leaves they separate both leaves & branches. All leaves insert in a base with boiling for few times. To make more fragrance smell they pour rose water with ellovora.After that they make sizeable cake like soaps & from liquid. They are supplying to all 3 branches at Rayagada, Gunupur & Jabarguda.

Even they made 3000 masks by gaining knowledge of stitchings.Such innovations a creative support from Santi Devi. On coming winter those students too ready for kneading sweaters from wool which is a great hobby of Santi Apa (called by all). “Inspiration should be started from child age so that strength will redeem among them when they grow”, she says.
