GMDC set for new venture in Odisha: To invest in health & education
Bhubaneswar : The Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Ltd (GMDC) is set to initiate new ventures in Odisha.
The corporation is keen to invest here in helath and education sectors.
It was revealed on Thursday as Managing Director of Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Ltd (GMDC) Rupwant Singh met Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi at Lok Seva Bhavan in this connection on Thursday.
Apart from it, he reviewed the status and progress of the company’s coal blocks in Odisha.
In the discussion, Singh put forward a proposal to construct a modern hospital, two schools, and an IT park in Odisha.
Chief Minister Majhi asserted all possible co-operation from the Odisha government in this connection.
