GANJA SEIZED BY R.UDAYAGIRI EXCISE STAFF

GAJAPATI,(RUdayagiri:On a suspicion at Mahendragada colony while patrolling by Excise staff under the instruction of Collector Anupam Saha,SP Tapan Kumar Patnaik & SP of Excise Pradeep Kumar Panigrahi;SI Padman Sahu & ASI Brundaban Mandal(both of Excise department) raided an Ashok Leyland truck (OD02 AW 9112) seized 1.500 quintal of ganja. Amit Lima driver of Dalimera under Adava PS arrested.Case registered at RUdayagiri PS.This indeed a hectic adventure by Excise department after that horror raid of liquor trade at Ganjam & Gajapati border of Gaudagotha where sting operation by both Ganjam & Gajapati Excise & Police handled. This raid will be continued despite scarcity of staff,says Superitendent of Excise, Pradip Panigrahi wherever such information will be traced.
