GAMBLING DEN BUSTED IN BERHAMPUR, 5 LADY“JUADI”ARRESTED

BERHAMPUR: Baidyanathpur police here on Sunday arrested 5 lady veterans (Juadi) on charges of gambling.

Acting on a tip-off, a police team of Baidyanathpur lead by IIC Sarada P.Dash conducted a raid at Baikuntha Nagar, 4th lane here in Berhampur city and arrested the lady gamblers from spot.

According to IIC, BN.Pur, on receipt of credible information a raid was conducted by our team at Baikuntha Nagar on Sunday @3 pm and arrested 5 ladies indulged in gambling. The raid we made in connection to an illegal gambling source which all they admitted. We have recovered Rs 38820/- from their possession. In connection a case already registered at our Police station.
