Bhagabat Padhi,OdishabartaParalakhemundi-Continuous rain paralysed lives & livings of Gardama panchayat people of Mohana block & totally disconnected from whole world. Balimbada, Nakeju, Matakupa, Kambruja like other villages of the panchayat of Mohan block are remained aloof & totally disconnecte. They have to cross adjacent canal & river. Living on daily earnings & marketing cacophony built to go outwards. Not to say on education & health services. They depend on neighbor Mandimera panchayat & Mohana block headquarter. Long decades back hunger fickled with only mango pickles as food & death due to lack of health services.They demand on bridge for regular communication & appealing to administration.
