Founding Principal of St. Xavier’s High School, Mrs. Usharani Patnaik Retires After Shaping 26 Years of Academic Excellence.

Mrs. Usharani Patnaik, the esteemed Principal of St. Xavier’s High School, Brahmapur retired on September 10th, 2025, marking the culmination of an illustrious 26-year journey of educational leadership. As one of the founding members of the institution, Mrs. Patnaik steered the school through nearly three decades of growth and excellence, transforming it into one of the region’s premier educational institutions. Under her dynamic principalship, the school achieved numerous milestones in academics, sports, and cultural activities, while maintaining its commitment to holistic education. Starting her journey with the founding board members in 1998, she was instrumental in shaping the school’s vision, curriculum, and value system. Her leadership not only fostered academic excellence but also nurtured countless educators and shaped the futures of thousands of students who passed through the school’s portals. The Management, staff, and students expressed their profound gratitude for her exemplary service and visionary leadership at a grand farewell ceremony held in her honor at the school auditorium on September 10th, 2025. Her legacy of dedication, innovation, and educational excellence will continue to inspire future generations.
