Berhampur:On Sunday at about 7pm at Bilasahi,Nua Khajuria one Hina Pradhan of the same locality along with his friends reached in front of the house of Balaram Reddy and hurled abuse at him and his family members following which there was scuffle between both the Groups.After that again when Hina Pradhan along with his group were at the shop, K.Balaram Reddy with his brothers came and there was attack and counter attack between both the groups. K.Balram Reddy suddenly aimed and shot at Hina Pradhan by a country made pistol on his waist was immediately shifted to MKCG.
On this Gosaninuagaon ps case no 37/21 u/s 341/324/307/34ipc/25 (1-B) a /27 arms act was registered on the complaint of Sivani Pradhan. In case no 38/21 u/s 341/323/326/307/294/34 IPC was registered on the complaint of K.Sonali readdy . In both the cases ten accused persons have been arrested and the weapon of offence country made pistol has been seized with lethal weapon like kati.
