Foetus Destroyed of a Minor

Paralakhemundi-A sensitive case lodged at Adava police station where a minor girl conceived wrongly by a miscreant,who continuously had relationship with the girl. Belongs to Guluba under Adava police limits that youth given medicine for abortion on her pregnancy. That girl was studying in class 10th on 2017 & while returning that youth used to molest that girl by picking up to nearest forest. Even after that he used to keep illicit relationship with that girl regularly. As a result that girl conceived. So to avoid pregnancy that youth given her medicine for abortion. This had been done repeatedly on that girl. Later on that girl disclosed whole matter to her family. Family sent her to her uncle’s home at Buguda near Paralakhemundi. There too that dragon tried to meet that girl. But girl’s uncle family not allowed him. After 5 years ie,on 1st March 2022, she returned to her home. On Mahasivaratri night at 9pm while going to temple,again that culprit misdeed on her. On next morning while taking bath repeatedly molested her & threatened that girl by a gun. So to rescue herself that girl tried to escape from him & exposed all details to her family. Village committee even did not find any solution, so at last case lodged at Adava police station. Case 38/22 registered at Adava police station. That youth taken under custody. Investigation is going on,quipped Anand Chandra Patra, IIC Adava.
