Five arrested by Berhampur Police in Connection of Panchu Bhuyan assault

People have gained confidence the day after day success of the Berhampur Police district.
Berhampur:On the report of Smt. Nalini Bhuyan wife of injured Panchu Bhuyan of village Bantapali under Digapahandi Police limit on the basis of allegation that due to Previous enmity relating to murder of Bachan Swain in the month of October Panchu Bhuyan has been brutally assaulted by lethal weapons.
On the day of incident the accused persons namely (1) Jayasen swain(2) Mithun swain (3) Hemanta Swain @ Chunga (4)Kataki@ Krushna Swain all of village, Banthapalli (5)Sankar Gauda of village,Sukunda and others 5-6 Persons Co-Jointly assaulted Panchu Bhuyan with all set and armed with deadly weapons like Sword,Kati,and Lathi.
On Sunday dated.14.3.2021 morning at about 9.15 AM near Sapua Nala village of .Banthapalli with an ill intention to kill in life taking plea the revenge of Bachan Swain while he was returning from the Nala.
Digapahandi Police have seized 4 nos of Sword with blood stained on leading to Discovery. All 5 accused persons arrested Wednesday and forwarded to court. Search is on to apprehend other accused persons involved in this crime.
The case is under investigation and link to case No- 58 dtd.15.3.2021 u/s-147/148/341/323/324/326/294/307/149IPC/25/27 Arms Act.
