EV Ramaswami Periyar’s 143rd birth anniversary celebrated in Sunabeda

Sunabeda: Date: 17/09/22: The 143rd birth anniversary of EB Ramaswami has been celebrated on behalf of Sunabeda HAL SC ST Employees and Officers Association. In a special function organized at the office premises of the Association, the General Secretary of the Association, Subash Chandra Sethi, and other office bearers paid rich tribute to the great social reformer Periyar Ramasamy Attending as the chief speaker of the event Prashant Kumbhara said, Erode Venkatappa Ramasamy Periyar, was a great social reformer and politician of high caliber and highlighted Periyar’s self-esteem movement and his rebellion against gender and caste inequality.

Chandan Kumar Singh conducted the program while Dhanu Behera delivered the vote of thanks. Among others, Virya Hembram, Shanu Munda, Jaydev Mahapatra, Kalia Behera, Marshal Hasada were present.
