Emergency Meeting Held by Collector Gajapati on Expected Heavy Rain

Paralakhemundi-From 4th to 6th expectation of heavy rain intimidated at Gajapati district.
In an emergency meeting Collector Smrutiranjan Pradhan called for all line of officers preventive measures.
Presided by him he informed that heavy rain expected from 4th to 6th December. So particularly farmers to be cautioned as per farming & food productions guidelines. Those who already procured their paddy they must cover with polythene. Nor to keep open in field. Before 4th they can procure their paddy & to keep in safe side. At Kashinagar NAC & Paralakhemundi heavy rain expected. So schools & anganwadi centres to be opened particularly near those landslide areas. Those shelters to be ready too to rehabilitate the people.
On this meeting SP Swathy S. Kumar, ADM(Revenue) Birendra Kumar Das, Sub Collector Alok Kumar Pradhan & other district officials were present.
