Doyen of Odia Cinema Jharana Das takes to her eternal journey at 77

Cuttack: Jharana Das had won several accolades for her brilliant performances in landmark Odia films. She passed away at her Cuttack Chandi road residence.
President of India Smt. Droupadi Murmu , Chairman of Smt. Nandini Satpathy Memorial Trust (SNSMT) Shri. Suparno Satpathy and several other noted personalities took to Twitter to convey their condolences.
Her last rights shall be conducted with full state honours by her son Sambit Das.
