District School Level under-17 Football Tournament Started

Paralakhemundi:At Gajapati Stadium district level under-17 football tournament for schools started. ZP President Gabara Tripati Rao graced as Chief Guest where Collector Gajapati Lingaraj Panda, Chief Development Officer -Executive officer of Zilla Parishad Romanchal Khamari,Deputy Collector-cum-District Sports Officer, DEO Pradosh Kumar Nayak presided the meeting Natabar Garada,physically challenged sportsperson Pujaswini Nayak,DI of School for Welfare department Premaranjan Satpathy graced as guests of honor. From 7 blocks 7 boys & 5 girls team participating in 7 days ongoing tournament.On first day Mohana vs RUdayagiri block match held,where Mohana won by a solitary goal.About 195 students & 85 teachers are joining on this tournament. Torch bearers marched Paralakhemundi town & reached at stadium. Speakers lauded to bring glory for the district in both physical & mental aggressiveness.They can be inspired with 5T vigil which can be as stepping stone for them,to build as strong atheletes even inclusive on regular studies,guest added.
