DIST.ADMN. ARRANGEMENT FOR STUDENTS PICK UP FOR JEE(MAIN)& NEET(UG) EXAM.

Paralakhemundi-When Covid-19 flashes all lock down Gajapati district administration taken stand for the transport mobility of students to appear JEE(Main)& NEET(UG) Entrance examination scheduled to be held at Brahmapur ITI & Bhubaneswar. To make students comfortable appearance in entrance examination 4 round transport scheduled planned to pick up them at venue & return to Paralakhemundi.

Accordingly first bus will pick up on 30th August 2020 at 9am from Collectorate to nodal ITI.

Second bus on 3rd September 2020 to nodal ITI & Bhubaneswar & same bus will return on 3rd September at 7.30pm from Bhubaneswar & on the way while returning will pick up students from Brahmapur too who appeared examination on 1st,2nd & 3rd September.For 4th,5th & 6th September examination students will stay at Nodal ITI till 8th September.

3rd bus will leave from Gajapati Collectorate on 7th September at 8am to nodal ITI & pick up those students of 4th to 6th appeared examination students on return to Paralakhemundi.

4th bus will leave from Paralakhemundi on12th September at 9am from Collectorate &will stay at Bhubaneswar.On 13th September at 7pm that bus will return back via Brahmapur to pick up students from Berhampur.

All arrangements made with coordination responsible of Principal of Govt. Polytechnique College Paralakhemundi where ADM(Revenue) too  will enhance smooth transport of students.
