Dipak Prusty new President of GCD Walkers’ Club

Rayagada, January 7: Senior scribe Sri Dipak Prusty has been nominated as new President of GCD Walkers’ Club, Rayagada.
The election was held after two years and the names of the new office bearers were declared. Prusty functioned as it Secretary and efficiently conducted various activities of the Club. Wkr K Vijay Mohan, Wkr Jami Raja Rao, Wkr Muchi Ravi & Wkr Subash Chandra Barik became Vice Presidents, Secretary & Treasurer respectively. Wkr Suresh Mishra proposed the names of these office bearers & Founder Member Wkr Surendra Kumar Sahu approved the same. The outgoing President Wkr Manoj Rath handed over the charge to Wkr Dipak Prusty.
Apart from solving the existential issues of the Club, Prusty declared to organise programmes like massive plantation, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan & blood donation camps. More than sixty walker members participated in this democratic event.
