Bhubaneswar: After Nirmala Sitharaman presented the Union Budget 2022 in the Lok Sabha, there are different opinions on the Budget across the country. However the Bhubaneswar based Economic Analyst and Senior chartered accountant Ramesh K. Kejriwal welcome some steps of Budget that boosts the country’s economy. In a statement He said, “The Union Budget will attract an average advantage to the stakeholders. The issue of Digital Rupee & taxation on digital asset transfer is a welcome step which was the requirement of the time as we are stepping into a digital world.

Further the enhancement of tax deduction limit for State Govt. employees to NPS to 14% from 10% will boost the savings and will ensure the future of employees, he added.

Over the reduction of Tax of Co-operative Society and reduction of surcharge, He said that it will encourage the general farmers group to be more productive.

The extension of time limit for incentive to start-ups is also a welcome step for the start-ups. And further infusion of Rs.6,000.00 crores program for MSMEs will be an added advantage if it will be implemented by both the Central & State Govt. with priority basis, Said Kejriwal.

At last, he emphasized that the Budget also brings smile to the taxpayers that they can file updated IT Returns within 2 years from the Assessment year.
