CUSTOMERS STRANDED WITH WOES TO GET SERVICES FROM GUMMA SBI OF GAJAPATI

GAJAPATI,(Gumma):Gumma SBI is no way in services for customers. Tragic and follies rising among customers who felt shock to get deserve services from one of the lead banks at interior pocket like Gumma of Gajapati district.
For simple drawing of Rs.1000/- they have to stand prolong time even till afternoon. That is due to lack of cash even more headache than Post Office,says Jikoniyo Raita Sarpanch of Gumma Panchayat.
Depend on surrounding eight panchayats this is a trivial matter for those labour class who too have to wait for their daily wage amount.Staff even whisked till 11am.Transactions starts sometimes after 11.30am.Due to Covid-19 when hand to mouth sectors hanged from earnings, depend on their small savings to draw but have to wait till sunset.
From long distance those pedestrians feeling disheartened by choked services, even loan sanctions delaying due the cause.While asked Branch Manager of Gumma SBI,Rasmikant Jena he said, due to scarcity of staff prevails, where one of the staff deputed to Gopalpur branch, another went to Paralakhemundi to bring cash & he has to attend case of defaulters at court on Monday’s observation. Further he added Kiosk bankings being operated in panchayats where minimum services can be accessible.
