Covid Vaccination will be Opened to all above 18 Yrs from 1st,May

New Delhi: Vaccination will be opened to all above 18 years from 1st,May,2021. This was announced by the Centre on Monday after PM Narendra Modi’s review on Covid-19 situation in the country.
All adults will be vaccinated and states can buy vaccines directly from makers, the Centre said.
The Government of India has announced that vaccine manufacturers would supply 50% of their monthly doses to Government of India and the remaining 50% doses to States Governments and in the open market.
Prime Minister, Narendra Modi Monday interacted with doctors across the country via video conferencing on the Covid-19 issue and vaccination progress.
He appreciated the doctors, medical and para-medical staff for their invaluable service towards the country during the Corona Virus pandemic.
The PM said that vaccination is the biggest weapon in the fight against Corona Virus. He urged the doctors to encourage more and more patients to get vaccinated.
