Convict given Life Imprisonment

Paralakhemundi-On a sensitive case District Sessions Judge of Gajapati district given judgement of life imprisonment with10000 fine, if not collected one year more of imprisonment. Government Advocate Sarat Chandra Pradhan regarding such historic judgement.
As a traumatic case on 29th May 2020,one Samuel Palaka & Dhanurjaya Jena together were doing painting work at Armada village. Samuel got angered & attacked by a stick to Dhanurjaya.
So while Dhanurjaya was going to report at Kashinagar police station, Samuel attacked by an axe to Dhanurjaya leg. Immediately blood streamed at hospital doctor declared him dead. Isabani wife of Dhanurjaya given written complain at Kashinagar police station.
Accordingly police arrested Samuel & forwarded to court. District Sessions Judge declared life imprisonment with 10000 fine & on non-receipt of amount one more year he will face imprisonment, added Government Advocate Pradhan.
