CONTRACTOR SOUGHT AGAINST BLOCK ADMINISTRATION IN GANJAM

BERHAMPUR (Kukudakhandi):The complainant- Rabindra Patro and Babula Patro sought in their complaint before the Kukudakhandi Block administration in Ganjam that they assigned to construct the boundary wall of Rajiv Seva Kendra of Jagadalpur Gram Panchayat under Kukudakhandi Block in Ganjam.
Actually the work has been taken by Ms Mamata Behera,Executive Officer of the Panchayat and she forward the assignemnt to Rabindra Patro and Babula Patro with a instruction to complte the work within the time limit at the total lcost of Rs.1.44 lakhs.
Basis on the work order from Ms.Mamata Behera they completed the work in due date and produce their bill for total amount.
In their allegation alleged that they received payment in the tune of Cash Rs.135 lakhs only (?).inplace of Rs.1.44 lakhs.
While they approch to the Executive Officer for full and final payment and why dont you pay on line and why cash payment in her reply she told “I abide the instruction from my immidiate authority” (!).
In reaction BDO,Kukudakhandi told “I was not aware of all and I am under quaranitne, let me check and investigate the issue.
