Paralakhemundi- On behalf of Nehru Yuva Kendra(NYK),Gajapati district Constitution Day observed at Binodini Higher Secondary College.Presided by Manoj Kumar Patnaik Principal of the college; among others Bichitrananda Bebarta member of Odisha Sahitya Academy as chief guest,Bhagabat Padhi Retd.Director of Adults Literacy, District Youth Coordinator of NYK Bijay Kumar Mahapatra,Rabindra Panigrahi Lecturer in Political Science,Sitaram Pradhan Lecturer in History graced as guests of honor.Speakers highlighted on importance of Indian Constitution that helped on various developments & role of youths to transform the society on pro-people governance. A quiz competition held among the students & prizes given to winners. Sitaram Pradhan conveyed vote of thanks. AMaheswar Rao & BBhabaniprasad volunteers of NYK coordinated the program.
