Collector Visited LSDA Project at Serango

Paralakhemundi- Collector Gajapati, Lingaraj Panda visited LSDA(Lanjia Soura Development Agency) Project of Serango of Gumma block.He monitored various operational villages under LSDA of Bhubani panchayat. At Bhubani village he visited multipurpose community hall & advised to establish PVTG(primitive tribal group)community cluster level tailoring production centre to impart emerging youth towards self employment.Further he ensured electricity & water supply at training centre within a week.
Later on he visited Bantilada village of Ajayagada panchayat & instructed same tailoring training unit to enhance youth economic empowerment.At Tibising of Ajayagada panchayat visited workshed of SHG to enhance third tailoring unit for women financial empowerment.At Giraraitosahi, a remote village under Kujasing panchayat he interacted with PVTG members on vaccinations.Now entire village is vaccination-filled for which he admired villagers.Further he lauded for solar energy connected to every house. On micro enterprises unit of poultry farming he shared with both male & female members on their livelihoods.On infrastructure development he instructed to construct CC road under CCD (conservation cum development)fund by OPELIP-LSDA.On the way he halted at volleyball court & ensure improvement of playgrounds by convergence fund at Bhubani, Ajayagada & Kujasing panchayats. Meanwhile Ajayagada people requested him to install mobile tower for internet & telecommunications. People’s young Collector Panda’s visit to interior villages particularly at scheduled blocks of Gajapati highly accoladed on his short span of assignment in this district.
Among others Jyotikrushna Behera Special Officer,PJivan Das Project Manager, Radhacharan Padhi Social Mobilizer of OPELIP-LSDA Serango were present on Collector’s visit.
