CM Majhi Announces Additional Rs.50 Cr Package for Maa Tarini Temple During Visit to Home District
Keonjhar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi commenced his two-day visit to Keonjhar district with a grand roadshow from Ghatagaon High School ground to Maa Tarini temple.
Amidst a warm reception upon his arrival via special helicopter, CM Majhi greeted the enthusiastic crowd lining the streets, acknowledging their support. He actively engaged with locals, accepting their grievances and assuring them of prompt resolutions.
Accompanied by his wife Priyanka Marndi, Majhi offered prayers at the Maa Tarini shrine. During his visit, he announced an additional development package of Rs 50 crore, supplementing an ongoing Rs 50 crore renovation project aimed at enhancing and beautifying Maa Tarani Peetha.Majhi’s itinerary includes visits to Keonjhar town and Sri Baladevjew Temple, as well as participation in public meetings and felicitation ceremonies. The tour will conclude with a trip to his native village, Raikala, where he plans to interact with residents.
